She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald C. Gerken; and her parents, Herbert Spindler and Anna Spindler. She is survived by: her sons, Steven (Anita) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Michael (Valerie) of Lorain and James of Lorain; and her brother Kenneth Spindler (Sandy). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
