Anthony E. Szambecki Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony E. Szambecki of Vermilion, Ohio, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on September 14, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Szambecki and Vivian Szambecki (Beatty); and his son E. Aaron Szambecki. He is survived by: his wife Diana Szambecki; his children, Lee Szambecki (Katie) of Bay Village and Shea Loper (David) of Vermilion; his grandchildren, Liam, Irene and Drew; and his brother Tom Szambecki (Martha) of Newton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the National Museum of the Great Lakes, 1701 Front Street Toledo, OH 43605.
