Cook of Vermilion; her daughters, Nancy Kalizewski (Kip) of Fremont and Denise McKee of Amherst; her grandchildren, Tyler Kalizewski (Rachel) of Vermilion, Amy Kalizewski of Vermilion, Leah McKee of Amherst, Kendra McKee of Amherst, Michael McKee of Amherst and Ryan McKee of Amherst; her great grandchild Willow Rose Kalizewski; and her sister Nancy Lorene Rhodes of Vermilion.
