He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Koutsopoulos, Bee Haslage and John Haslage; and his aunt Kristy Simone. He is survived by: his parents, Tony Koutsopoulos and Shelley Koutsopoulos of Vermilion; his brother Garrett Koutsopoulos of Vermilion; his grandparents, Linda and Bill Fox of Oberlin; his close friend Ben Harrison; his uncles, Mike Haslage (Karyn) of Lorain and John Koutsopoulos (Kim) of Elyria; and his aunt Athena Logan (Bob) of Elyria.
Friends and family who want to come are welcome to attend, but due to Covid-19, we are asking that people be careful to maintain social distancing, wear masks, and refrain from embracing.
