He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Rigdon and Cleo Rigdon (Mullenhour); his former wife Lula C. Rigdon; his brothers, Marion Earl, Charles Everett and Edward Merlin; and his daughter Vickie Lause.
He is survived by: his children, Franklin E. Rigdon of Wisconsin and Karen Hedrick (Rick) of Van Wert; his stepchildren, David Rigdon (Dawn), Daniel Rigdon (Karen), Mary E. Rigdon, Esther Cole, Rachel Baker and Timothy Rigdon (Dots); his brother Ralph Rigdon (Susan) of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Derek Lause (Mariah) and Chelsea Hochuli (Nick); and his great grandchild Weston Hochuli. He is also survived by many step grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Delphos Wesleyan Church.
