He is survived by: his children, Leslie Collins (Billie) of Van Wert, Nicole Taylor (Kara F.) of Shawnee and Charles Taylor; his grandchildren, Sharon McClain of Lima, Jerron Taylor of Van Wert, Skylar Sherry of Van Wert and Layten Collins of Van Wert; his stepgrandson Jayse; his great grandchildren, Kayliana, Ariel and Zoey; and his siblings, Jim Short, Mike Taylor, Marilyn Barrows, Carolyn Taylor of Debbie Storer and Linda Taylor.
