He was predeceased by: his father-in-law William G. "Bill" Friesner; his aunts, Birdie Patterson, Minie Patterson, Alice Patterson, Nellie Price, Marilyn Pugh and Joyce Ternyik; his uncle Clyde Patterson; and his grandparents, Virginia Hunter, Neva, Adam Kuiesza, Clyde and Priscilla Patterson.
He is survived by: his parents, Dale Kuiesza and Dorothy Kuiesza (Patterson) of North Monroeville; his wife LuAnn Kuiesza of Venedocia; his sisters, Mary Gonzalez (David) of Sandusky and Peggy Hartley (Dave) of Bellevue; his nephew David Gonzalez Jr. (Ellen); his mother-in-law Ellen Friesner of Venedocia; his aunts, Mildred George (Jim) of Pennsylvania, Bette Hilb (Doug) of Texas and Lucille Patterson of Pennsylvania; and his uncle Norman Fowlks (Linda) of Texas. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In honor of Dale, preferred memorials may be given to Lima Memorial Home Healthcare or Spencerville EMS.
