He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Don Partin. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Nartker and Dolores Nartker (Heitmeyer); his spouse Laurie A. Partin; his children, Alexis Nartker of Vaughnsville, Dilynn Nartker of Vaughnsville, Madelyn Nartker of Vaughnsville and Isabella Nartker of Vaughnsville; his grandson John; his sisters, Ronda Nartker (Tracy Risser) of Spencerville, Dora Hunt (David) of Ottawa and Veronica Nartker of Columbus Grove; and his mother-in-law Mary Partin of Vaughnsville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for Cletus's children's education.
