He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Aguirre (Bejarano); his brother Carlos Aguirre; his niece Reese Burgei; his nephew Adrian Morales; and his sisters-in-law, Diana Aguirre and Ramona Aguirre.

He is survived by: his father Hipolito Aguirre; and his siblings, Paul, Raymond (Deb), Daniel (Tari), John David (Ginny), Charles Aguirre (Natalie), Senovia Morales (Albert), Mary Elena Pulford, Evelyn Burgei (Jamie) and Diana Bame.

Preferred memorials to American Cancer Society or Wounded Warriors Project.
