With solemn reverence, we commemorate Terry Lee Phillips (Vanlue, Ohio), whose life came to an end on February 20, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph "Doc" Phillips and Helen Phillips; and his brother David Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Lois of Tiffin; his children, Todd (Melissa) of Bexley and Valerie Ott (Eric) of Hudson, Ohio; his stepchildren, David, Andy Rochester and Sara Rochester; his grandchildren, Kincade, Harper Phillips, Olivia and Maris Ott; his stepgrandchildren, Adelynn, Olivia, Paige, Dylan, Tyler and Liam Bohanan; and his siblings, Fred (Nancy) of Vanlue, Rick (Donna) of Kingsport, Tennessee and Sharon May (Steve) of Vanlue.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Vanlue Park Community Building (John St, Vanlue, OH 45890).
