He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Earl and Violetta Lessig (Patterson); his wife Nancy J. Roberts; his brother Richard Lessig (Virginia); and his siblings-in-law, Sally, Jack, David Smith and James Searson.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Stansbery (Al), Beverly Macke, Tony Lessig (Coleen), Cindy Hagerty (Jon), Gina Vaughn (Tim) and Teresa Thomas (Keith); and his siblings, Jim Lessig (Sally), Bob Lessig (Julia), Verna Ogg (Jack) and Marilyn Searson (David).
