She is survived by: her spouse William Cook; and her children, Jerry Cook (Linda) of Batesburg-Leesville, SC, David "Randy" Cook of Vanlue, Brad Cook (Kim) of Vanlue and Sherri Goodman (Mark) of Vanlue. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
