He is survived by: his children, Shannon, Brock Kendrick, Jeremy, Shiann Kendrick, Brittany and Keith Kendrick-Fields; his grandchildren, Katelynn, Ethan, Eli, Lily, Kenny, Ally, Lucy, Colin, Clayton William, Lane, Chase, Leo and Jaxson; his siblings, Janet, Dave Rankin, Sheryl and Tom Fields; his mother-in-law Coney Mitchell-Carter; his sisters-in-law, Liesha (Ralph Richardson) and Paige (Todd Moore); his nieces and nephews, Craig Osman, Tiffany Osman, Brandy Rankin, Danielle, Felix Lopez, Tashina Abrams, Allen Richardson, Brandon, Erica Richardson, Evan Stull, Caci, Jay Holden and Adam Moore; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dalton, Austin, Jocelyn, Blake, Brooklyn, Amora, Jailynn, Amaraya, Carter, Brooklynn, Briana, Dominick, Wesley, Rhett and Rowan; and his pool buddies, Steven Abner, Randy Siegler "Yak", Chuck Cunningham and Luke Williamson.
