He is survived by: his wife Roxie Ballard (Fraley); his daughter-in-law Kim Leahy (Greg) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Chloe Ballard of Columbus, Jack Ballard of Boston and Henry Leahy of Cincinnati; and his siblings, Lorraine Townsend, Woodrow Ballard (Donna) of New Madison and James Ballard (Donna) of New Madison.
