With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip W. Sisk of Vandalia, Ohio, who passed away on December 25, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Elaine Sisk (Purdy); and his son-in-law Randy Hooker. He is survived by: his children, Shawn J. Sisk (Mary Duwel), Laurie Davis and Phillip Sisk, II (Regina); his grandchildren, Tyler Sisk (Morgan), Sheree'Sisk, Ryan Davis (Brittany) and Angela Davis; and his sister Carol. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
