It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick P. Jacobs of Vandalia, Ohio, born in Germantown, Ohio, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Cletus and Mary Lois Jacobs (Metcalf); his miniature yorkie Bella; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Kinser and Debbie Kinser; and his in-laws, Paul and Kathleen Kinser.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Farno (Wes) of Minster and Scott Jacobs (Candice) of Vandalia; his grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Abigail, Austin and Gavin; his brothers, Christopher Jacobs of Germantown and Kevin Jacobs (Kathy) of West Milton; and his in-laws, Bob Kinser (Sharon) of Vandalia and Donna Queen (Barry) of Vandalia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of Miami County.
