She was predeceased by: her parents, Fon Carpenter and Mildred Carpenter (Hill); her siblings, Bill, Kenny, Fon Jr., Charlie, David, Danny "Chank" Carpenter, Martha McMillan, Betty Griffen and Donna Stacy; and her brother-in-law Edward Dale Spencer.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest Kelly Spencer Sr.; her children, Fonda Lynn Blacker (Bradley) and Ernest Kelly "Tank" Spencer; her grandchildren, Cami Nicole Savareid (David), Nolan Richard Jablonski (Aubrey), Chance Patrick Ross (Joanna), Ernest Kelly "Bubby" Spencer III, Brooke Nicole Spencer, Nikki Marie Nies, Kelly Arthur Spencer and Chase Hunter Spencer; her siblings, Donald "Sock" Carpenter (Debbie), Denny Carpenter (Betty Jean), Rob Carpenter (Patty) and Vicki Lynn Cornett; her sister-in-law Jo Spencer; her brother Doug; her sister-in-law Rita Guinn; and her nieces and nephews, Zack, Burt, Colby, Jami (Michael), Aydan and Gage. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Zerkle Funeral Home (11900 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens (11890 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371).
