It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle T. Brumfield of Vandalia, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Brumfield and Rita Mae Brumfield. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Brumfield; his sons, Daniel Brumfield (Kim), Brian Brumfield (Stephanie) and Robert Brumfield (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Emily Shanks (Kevin), Jake Brumfield (Maria), Kenzie Brumfield, Stella Brumfield and Zoey Brumfield; and his great grandchildren, Berklee Shanks, McKinlee Shanks, Finlee Shanks and Isabella Brumfield.
