She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Leaf; her daughter Patty Ann; and her brother Raymond. She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo, Stephen, Dennis and David; and her sisters, Barb and Patty. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home and Cremation Services (139 S Dixie Dr, Vandalia, OH 45377).
