She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Bills and Marie Bills (Mueller); her husband Richard Osterholt; her son Jay Osterholt; her brothers, Alvin and Daniel Bills; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Bills and Larry Osterholt.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Osterholt (Olivia), Ryan Osterholt and Amy Miller (Matt); her grandchildren, Mark Sanders, Zachary Miller, Anthony Osterholt, Leland Osterholt, Madyson Miller and Olivia Osterholt; her great grandchildren, Bella and River Osterholt; her siblings, Dennis Bills (Dorothy), Edgar Bills (Judy), Tom Bills (Diana) and Roseanne Keller (Jim); and her siblings-in-law, Donna Bills, Jane Fortkamp (Bob), Linda May, Denny Osterholt (Irene) and Jim Osterholt (Judy). She is also survived by her extended family & many good friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home (139 S Dixie Dr, Vandalia, OH 45377). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Christopher Catholic Church (435 E National Rd, Vandalia, OH 45377). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Cemetery (4812 OH-219, Coldwater, OH 45828).
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Marilyn to St. Christopher Church or to The Miami County Hospice Unit, 3230 N. County Road 25-A, Troy, Ohio 45373.
