He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rowland; his children, Paul Rowland, Julie Rowland, Phillip Rowland and Tim Rowland; his grandchildren, Amanda Kerfoot, Stella Tankis, Crystal Rowland, Paul Rowland Jr., Justin Rowland and Caitlyn Sandy; his great grandchildren, Danny Grant, Ray Rowland, Camden Kerfoot, Audrina Kerfoot, Caleb Kerfoot and Lyla Sandy; and his brothers, Robert Rowland and Michael Rowland.
