She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe A. Burger and Julia A. Burger (Nelson); her brother John Burger; and her husband James G. Wagner. She is survived by: her sons, David (Margaret), Steven (Kayla) and Timothy (Janelle). She is also survived by her six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and by her extended family and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Jean to either St. Christopher Church or Vandalia Sister Cities.
