He is survived by: his wife Patricia Upton (Jackson); his children, Dawn Akers, Diana Chuvalas (Rick) and Deron Upton (Lora); his grandchildren, Jesse Akers (Tierney), Katie Upton, Annie O'Dell, Calvin Upton and Jack Akers; his stepgrandchildren, Amber DeLeon (Chaz) and Austin Chuvalas (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Amirah, Cora and Cooper; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alana, Mariana, Cruz, Nolan and Gus. He is also survived by extended family members and many wonderful friends.
