He is survived by: his siblings, Dewayne Hasty of Galloway, Swana Spicer (Mark) of New Carlisle, Denise Brown (Donald) of Cross Plains and Dana Hasty of Washington, DC; his nieces and nephews, Nichol Merrill (Lynn), Ken Spicer (Coral), Erica Ritchie (Brian), Kelly Radanovic' (Nikola), Christy Dolinger (Brian), James Brown (Rachel) and Claire Fabrizio (Dylan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Colton Merrill, Ensley, Ellis, Elyse Ritchie, Levi, Lydia, Esther Dolinger, Ruby, Vera, Alice, Judah Brown, Heidi and Jesse Fabrizio.
