As Jack Henry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jack Henry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jack Henry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wachter and Valentine Wachter (Lohman); his wife Lavelle Wachter; his close friend Dorothy "Dottie" Sommer; and his sister Shirley Stephens.
He is survived by: his children, Melody Sumpter (Joey) and Mitch (Heidi). He is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and by his extended family & many good friends.
