He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hensley and Mary Madelyn Hensley (Suman). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lynn Hensley (Stracener); his children, Elizabeth (Gary), Alex (Danielle), Julie (Drew), Eric (Jennifer) and Craig; his grandchildren, Nate, Ellie, Bryce, Mack, Luke, Wyatt, Caleb, Logan, Halley, Austin and Nolan; and his sisters, Pamela Cabrea and Jan Bowen. He is also survived by his extended family & many good friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Floyd to The Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420.
