Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Cathy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her father William Heizer; and her sister Brenda. She is survived by: her mother Mary Heizer (Avery); her husband Larry H. Lutz; her sons, Larry A. Lutz and Jason C. Lutz (Heather); and her grandchildren, Tobias and Anastasia Lutz. She is also survived by her extended family & many good friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vandalia United Methodist Church (200 S Dixie Dr, Vandalia, OH 45377). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Cathy to the Piqua Church of the Brethren, 525 Boal Avenue, Piqua, Ohio 45356 or to the Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420.
