We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 86, Barbara E. Rand of Vandalia, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Pooler and Alyce Pooler; her husband David L. Rand; her sister Pamela; her brother-in-law Bill Haines; and her nephews, Billy Haines and Eric Pooler.

She is survived by: her children, Greg Rand (Kathy), George Rand, Geoff Rand (Sarah) and Gary Taylor (Roma); her grandchildren, Zach (Melissa), Josh, Alayna (Derek), Lucas, Dakota, Joey, Sofia, Beth (Dawn), Steven (Jennifer) and Tia (Justin); her great grandchildren, Brandon, Audri (Mick), Austin (Daria), Kody (Chloe), Vanessa, Renn, Stetyn King, Garrett, Kayle, Emma, Lily and Aubrey; her great great grandchildren, Liam and Brooks; her brothers, Larry Pooler (Linda) and Rick Pooler (Brenda); and her nieces and nephews, Mark (Carol), Jerrod, Matt (Tracey), Kerri, Tony, Chris, Jackie, Jennifer and Jason (Louise).
