She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elisheva Shurts (Steve) and Charles "Butch" Forman; her children, Nicholas Reed (Lacey), Morgan Walker, Danielle Walker, Sky Walker, Leonard Walker and John Walker; her grandchildren, Charlee Reed and Lucas Reed; and her brothers, Sean Forman (Mel) and Scott Forman (Kayrn).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home - Loveland Chapel (129 Riverside Dr, Loveland, OH 45140). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
