He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene B. Haller, Sr. and Irene Haller (Boroff); and his siblings, Eugene B. Haller, Jr. (Berta), John Haller (Joyce), Samuel Haller and Katherine Agler (Pete).
He is survived by: his wife June Valerie Haller (Parish Church) of Ely Cambridgeshire, England.; his daughters, Jane Jacob (Ed) of Van Wert and Sandra Cobble (Grant Hovis) of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; his brother Donald Haller (Diane) of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Nicole Byrum (Greg) and Matthew Frazier; his great grandchildren, Noelle Byrum, Calvin Byrum, Estella Frazier and Hayley Frazier; and his sister-in-law Jackie Haller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in William's memory may be directed to a military charity of the donor's choice.
