She is survived by: her children, Allen Charles Hornung (Sherry) of Tulsa and Dee Anne Hornung of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Randall "Lee" Williams (Katie), Jesse Williams (Virginia), Orville Williams, Alexandra Kleman and Ethan Kleman; and her great grandchildren, Parker Williams, Lincoln Williams and Shephard Williams.
