He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ellis and Ada Ellis (Smith); and his son Vernon Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Lois L. Gallant; his daughters, Marcia Moody (Tim) and Linda Wells (Ron); his grandchildren, T. Anson Moody (Laura), Brendon Moody (Kylee), Kevin Linton, Ashley Wells (Jason Horstman) and Angela Wiseman (Jesse); and his sisters, Betty Schroder (late Doc), Dorothy Nonamaker (late Dean) and Margie Poor (Russ). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
