With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vaughn K Schlegel (Van Wert, Ohio), born in Paulding, Ohio, who passed away on March 21, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Schlegel and Maxine Schlegel (Marihugh); his son-in-law Jeff Densmore; his sister Corinne; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Carstensen and Richard Stroup.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene M. Baldwin; his children, Kent Schlegel (Marcia), Wapakoneta, Kevin Schlegel (Barbie), Seth Schlegel, Lori Densmore of Haines City, FL, Donna Wiseman (Jason) and Melrose; his close friend Violet Talbott Oakwood; and his sisters, Janet Stroup, Melrose, Margaret Cartensen, Betty Critten (Earl) and Paulding. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
