He was predeceased by: his father Edward Jr. Mengerink; and his grandparents, Christina Mengerink, Dorothy Mengerink and Edward Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Mengerink (Webster) of Van Wert; his wife Jaime Mengerink (Schaffer) of Van Wert; his children, Quintin Mengerink (Shelbee) of Pensacola, Mitchell Mengerink (Jazmine) of Van Wert, Olivia Mengerink of Van Wert, Abraham Mengerink of Van Wert, Kaden Schaffer of Celina, Kole Schaffer of Van Wert and Karter Schaffer of Van Wert; his grandchild Remleigh Mengerink of Van Wert; his siblings, Edward Mengerink III of Lima, Calvin Mengerink (Deb) of Van Wert, Phillip Mengerink of Van Wert and Brenda Miller of Convoy; and his brothers-in-law, Craig Danylchuk (Patty) of Van Wert and Robert Danylchuk (Jenny) of Ft. Wayne, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
