He is survived by: his children, Cory Fitzsimmons of Findlay and Valerie Fitzsimmons of Celina; his grandson Nicholas Fitzsimmons of Van Wert; the mother of his children Laura J. Fitzsimmons of Van Wert; his sister-in-law Jean Fitzsimmons of Beavercreek; and his nephew Scott Fitzsimmons (Erica) of Waynesville.
