It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammera Ford of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on April 7, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her mother Judith Grubb of Van Wert, Ohio; her husband Tony Ford of Van Wert, Ohio; her son Derek Grandstaff of Columbus, Ohio; her father Ronald Sr. Grubb; her brother Ron Grubb (Dawn) of Convoy; and her nephews, Gavin of Convoy, Grant of Convoy, Gage of Convoy and Garrett Grubb of Convoy.
Memorial contributions may be made to Van Wert County Humane Society in honor of her love for animals.
