She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dale and Gwendolyn Hyacinth Knodel (Jerome); her husband Robert A. Young; her daughter Linda; and her brother Michael L. Knodel.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Young (Jennifer) of Bexley and Kathy Neal of Rowlett, Texas; her siblings, Dick Knodel (Judy) of Van Wert and Debra Knodel of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Sangie Brooks, Josh AmRhein and Colin Young; and her great grandchild Meagan AmRhein. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials are to the Van Wert Community Concert Band or Trinity Church.
