She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Harting and Florence Harting (Debolt); and her husband William S. Baxter. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey S. Baxter (Linda) of Lebanon, OH and David W. Baxter (Jeanne) of Germantown, WI; her sisters, Carolym Good (Richard) of Van Wert and Sandra Farrar of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Aaron Baxter (Jodi), Benjamin Baxter, Samuel Baxter, Amy Baxter and Adam Baxter; and her great grandchildren, Max and Alex.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Shirley's memory may be sent to Trinity United Methodist Church.
