She was predeceased by: her parent June Speakman (Williams); her grandparents, Betty, Frank Weddle and Agnes Nacarato; her stepgrandparents, Joan and Bob Kemmer Sr.; and her stepfather Dennis Gnatkowski.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheyenne Slone of Van Wert; her parent June Gnatkpwski (Robert Kemerer) of Saganaw, MI; her sisters, Lora Stienecker (Trent Remmel) of Van Wert and Tina Speakman (Mohamad Mustafa) of Dayton; her stepsiblings, Bobbi, Shane, Jami and Paul; her aunt Sylvia Rudy (Clark); and her nieces and nephews, Michael, Kristopher of Jacob, AJ, Dannielle, Tyler Jordan, Jared, Archer, Thora, Harper, Sonny and Braylen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Samantha's memory may be sent to National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
