Sally Ann Blake Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2022, at the age of 74, Sally Ann Blake of Van Wert, Ohio, born in Kendallville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Merle "Rusty" Moreland; her granddaughter Gabriella; her siblings, Ronald and Diana Nicholas; her brother-in-law Glenn Nicholas; and her niece Judy Spencer.

She is survived by: her husband Ron Blake of Van Wert; her children, Jason Etzler (Angie Renee) of Convoy and Angie Keirn (Kraig) of Albion, IN; her siblings, Brenda Moreland of Kendallville, IN and Jeff Moreland (Laura) of Kendallville, IN; her grandson Zachary Mullins of Columbia City, IN; her siblings, Montanna Keirn of Warsaw, IN and Arianna Etzler of Convoy; her stepgrandchildren, Caden, Kirsten Tuckerman of Van Wert and Blaze Tuckerman of Fort Wayne; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Liam and Kaliyah. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
