He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie C. Perry and Maudie E. Perry (Smith); his wife Beverly Perry; his granddaughter Jennifer Thomas; his great grandchild Tayden Pollock; his siblings, Louie Perry, Betty, Vernie and Jesse; and his daughter-in-law Linda Perry.
He is survived by: his children, James R. Perry (Tari) of Spencerville, Roy Perry Jr. (Donna) of Convoy, Ralph C. Perry of Van Wert, Sheila Teman of Delphos, Lawrence Perry (Rhonda) of Van Wert and Arnold B. Perry of Tazwell, TN; his grandchildren, Mike Perry, Matthew Perry, Gary Perry (Tiffany), Wes Perry (Ashley), David Teman (Deb), Beverly Boyd (Kenny), Makayla Anderson and Jennifer Craft; and his sisters, Joyce Brown (Ronnie), Lela Shelton and Darlene Rucker. He is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
