He was predeceased by: his parent John Samuel Wayne; his brothers, Eldon Wayne Meduagh and Gordon Dwight Medaugh; and his sister-in-law Catherine Marie Medaugh. He is survived by: his parent Alice Imo Medaugh (Hurless); his spouse Carolyn S. Donovan; his daughters, Kimberly Ann Brandt (Cary) of Willshrie, Connie Sue Fullenkamp (Larry) of Decatur and Lori Jean Medaugh (Julie Brady) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, William D. Brandt, Jenelle M. Painter, Tyler P. Heath J., Skyles E., Forrest W. Fullenkamp, Ryan M. Strickler and Renee Michelle Strickler; his brother Marlin Duane Medaugh (Wanda) of Wren; and his stepdaughter Cheri Lyn Donovan (Randy Hook) of Van Wert.
