He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carey and Pauline Davis (Gamble). He is survived by: his brother Roger Davis (Judy) of Van Wert; his nephews, Scott Davis (Amber), McKenzie, Kerstin, Sidney and Coltin Davis; and his niece Sandi Mullen of Ft Wayne.

In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be directed to the Lincolnview Lancer Athletic Boosters or to Middle Point Fire & E.M.S.
