She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Phillips (Dave) of Van Wert, Jessica Doan (Matt) and Carly Bolenbaugh (Mathew) of Ohio City; her siblings, Lloyd Roger Bair of Grover Hill, Rogula Bair, Rogena Pancake (Denny), Rogana Megahed and Rogeta Fruchey (Joe); her grandchildren, Hayleigh, Audrey, Abbigale, Caleb, Gabriel and Fallon; and her great grandchildren, Donavan and Brooklyn.
