He was predeceased by: his parents, Leandro Martinez and Georgia Martinez (Rodriguez); and his siblings, Rito Martinez, Esperanza Velasquez, Guadalupe Martinez and Jane Stetler.
He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Janel Martinez of Sevierville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Joe Martinez (Connie), John Pissarro, Fred Martinez, Lee Martinez (Bev), Maria Casarez and Carol Diaz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jesse's memory may be directed to the family to help cover expenses.
