It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Stemen of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise I. Stemen (Knodel) and Gaylord E. Stemen; his wife Dorothy L. Stemen (Johnson); and his sister Marcia Sue Martin (Stemen). He is survived by: his children, Cindy Dunn, Don Stemen (Cindi) and Sharon Volk (Jim); and his grandchildren, Abbey Stemen, Alek Stemen (Michelle), Jessica Thompson, Brandon Thompson, Spencer Thompson (Lyric), Jason Dunn (Kristell), Danny Dunn, Nathan Dunn, Carrie Dunn and Kelly Dunn. He is also survived by His children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to pandemic considerations, a service will be held for the family at 1:00 p. m., Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Farmer officiating.
