He is survived by: his wife Debra Clay (Baker); his children, Chad Clay of Van Wert, LeAnn Hill (James) of Van Wert and Shaun Clay (Beth) of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Hanna Luna (Jesus), Lucas Clay, MaeLynn Clay, Grayden Clay and Alexzander Clay; and his siblings, James Clay, Scott Clay (Christopher Johnsen), Audrey Snyder, Rita Whittington (Kevin) and Pauline Ferguson (Josh).
