He was predeceased by: his daughter Gail Packer; and his siblings, Ronald Ray, William Leiter and Carolyn. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Bittner (Steve) and Gary Leiter (Molly) of Newbury, Ohio; and his son-in-law David E. Packer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
