He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Arney and Ruth Arney (Andreas); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Connie E. Ball; his son Richard J. Arney (Heidi) of Van Wert; his granddaughter Alaina Arney of Van Wert; and his sisters-in-law, Pam Arney of Beach City and Susan Ball of Columbus.
