He is survived by: his wife Deborah Proxmire (Price) of Van Wert; and his children, Allen Proxmire (Apple) of Maryland, Tiffany Theobald (Keith) of Paulding, Anita Proxmire of New Haven, IN, Sherri Riley (Patrick) of Maryland and Dena Tracey (Andy) of Convoy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
